Connection Continues: Moving from Conversation into Action in 2026
In Fall 2025, neighbours gathered for Tableside Talks to share what matters most in our community. The conversations were warm, steady, and grounded in the simple idea that connection doesn’t need to be complicated—sometimes it really is as straightforward as a tin can telephone stretching between us.
This year, we’re taking the next step together.
Thanks to strong engagement and clear priority themes identified last fall, the Bragg Creek & Redwood Meadows community is moving from conversation into coordinated action for 2026. Residents, community groups, supporting agencies, and health services are working collaboratively—each bringing their own strengths, relationships, and perspectives to support the wellbeing of our region.
What We Heard
Tableside Talks highlighted the issues and opportunities that matter most to people here. Clear priority themes emerged, along with a shared desire for more coordinated, community‑led action.
What’s Happening Next
In early 2026, we’ll move gently and steadily into action planning, shaped by the priorities residents identified. Two community sessions are scheduled:
March 9, 2026 — Community action planning
June 8, 2026 — Follow‑up and next steps
These gatherings will help align efforts across residents, partners, and community groups—continuing the long tradition of working together that has shaped the Wellness Network since its earliest days.
Stay Connected
As these plans evolve, details will continue to be added to this page.
The Wellness Network remains rooted in simple, meaningful connection, stretching the line between neighbours, organizations, and stories, just like our tin can telephone.
